Grosvenor Crescent Mews, London SW1
The original house on this secluded Belgravia site was
acquired in 2000. An innovative design that greatly increased the size
of the property subsequently gained planning permission and work began
on a completely new house the following year. More than 75 craftsmen
and specialist manufacturers combined to produce a spacious dwelling
of almost 4,000sq.ft. finished and appointed to a very high standard.
The house was sold in 2004.
The Leigh, Coombe Hill Road, Kingston
upon Thames
Backing onto Coombe Hill Golf Club, this site was acquired
in 1999 in a joint venture with Latchmere Properties Limited. Planning
permission was obtained in stages for 4, five bedroom detached houses
and a restrictive covenant was removed following a submission to the
Lands Tribunal. Work began in 2001 and the houses were all sold the
following year.
Burton Park
A joint venture acquisition of a Grade I Listed building, formerly St
Michael’s School Duncton, where an award-winning architectural
scheme was approved for the conversion into 8 apartments, and the creation
of 3 courtyards of 25 houses to replace school buildings of the 1950s,
1960s & 1970s, and permission for a further 12 new and converted
4/5 bedroom houses.
