Phoenix Court, Hounslow
Overlooking Hounslow Heath, this office building of 6,500 sq.ft. was acquired as an investment in 1995. Planning permission to extend the building on two floors by a further 1,600 sq ft was obtained in June 2009. In 2011 a further planning permission was gained for conversion into 9 residential units. The property is currently let to the Islamic Integration Community Centre.

Alexandra House, Guildford
This 1960’s part tenanted office building of 13,500sq.ft. was acquired in 1999. Various planning permissions for a larger office building, 31 flats and a hotel with serviced appartments were obtained in subsequent years. In the meantime, the remaining space in the building was swiftly let on flexible lease arrangements and a rolling refurbishment programme successfully implemented. The building was sold, still fully let, to a hotel operator in 2006.
