Kingston Estates was the lead investor in the purchase of this 60,000 sq ft recently refurbished three-bay warehouse in December 2010. It was bought with vacant possession. After an intensive marketing campaign the warehouse was split into two and let to the retailers India Jane and IKEA, before being sold in January 2012 .

Kingston Estates was the majority investor in the purchase of this 45,000 sq ft industrial estate in October 2009. One of the five units was sold to an owner occupier and the only vacant unit was let. Planning permission was gained to develop a further 10,000 sq ft before the estate was sold in June 2010.

Coopers Place, Wormley, Surrey
This former walking stick factory near Godalming comprised about 50,000 sq.ft. of industrial units in varying sizes and condition. Following intensive asset management a steady income stream was achieved. Buildings and sites were then sold off progressively with the final transaction taking place in 2005.
