| The
management team, which has over 78 years of collective experience, has
developed an in-depth understanding of the commercial and residential
property markets in the South East of England. John Hickman FRICS has over
40 years experience in the property industry. Having qualified as a Chartered
Surveyor in 1968 whilst at Gerald Eve & Co., he subsequently joined
the family firm (H. B. Kingston as it then was), and ran the commercial
development and investment department from the early 1970s. In 1989 he
was headhunted by the Vestey Group to run their estates department. During
the ensuing downturn he rejoined H.B. Kingston before setting up Kingston
Estates Ltd. in 1994.Ian Bond BSc MRICS has over 28 years experience in the acquisition
and management of commercial mixed use portfolios of which 9 years have
been with Kingston Estates. He has spent the majority of his career with
property companies including Southend Estates Group and Higgs and Hill
Developments, and has substantial expertise in the fields of planning
and development. George Hickman MA - After graduating from the University
of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, he worked in the City as an Investment Manager
for 3 years with Morgan Stanley and London & Capital Ltd. Following
a Masters in Property Valuation & Law at City University, he joined
Country House Wedding Venues Ltd., where he was appointed a Company Director
and Property Development Manager. He joined Kingston Estates in 2007 and
is responsible for the management of the Kingston Estates Investment Property
LP. |
