• On 18th March 2011 the Kingston Estates Investment Property LP completed the purchase of Admiral House, Windsor, let to ITW Ltd & Octopus Communications Consultancy Ltd.
• On 21st January 2011 the Kingston Estates Investment Property LP completed the purchase of 94-96 Queensbury Road, Park Royal, NW10, let to Green-Works until 6th January 2015.
• On 24th December 2010 the fund completed the purchase of Units 1 & 2 Imperial Court, Laporte Way, Luton, let to Randstad Employment Bureau Ltd until 31st August 2014.
• On 23rd July 2010 the Kingston Estates Investment Property LP purchased units A1, A2, A3 & B1 Regent Park in Princes Risborough(totalling 29,232 sq ft), let to Molins plc until 23rd June 2020.
• On 23rd September 2009 the fund completed its purchase of a Texaco petrol filling station and Somerfield convenience store in Crawley (guaranteed by the Co-Operative Group until 20th June 2027).
