Kingston Estates Ltd. is a privately owned property
development and investment company based in central London. We have
a long track record of developing high quality residential, office and
industrial schemes, principally in central and south-west London, Surrey
and Sussex.
Developments are carried out both independently and in joint venture
with a range of partners, and typically have a gross development value
of between £1m and £10m.

- On 27th May 2009 Kingston Estates purchased a 15,655
sq ft office building in Priory Business Park, Bedford, let to Capita
until 30th September 2021.
- On 7th September 2009 Kingston Estates closed its
£11 million Recovery Fund, the Kingston Estates Investment Property
LP.
- On 15th September 2009 Kingston Estates invested
in the RLE Investments LP, which exchanged on its purchase of the
Royal London Estate, Park Royal.
- On 23rd September 2009 the Kingston Estates Investment
Property LP purchased a Texaco petrol filling station and Somerfield
convenience store in Crawley, guaranteed by the Co-Operative Group
until 20th June 2027.
