We have a long track record of developing high quality residential, office and industrial schemes, principally in central and west London, Surrey and Sussex. Developments are carried out both independently and in joint venture with a range of partners, and typically have a gross development value of between £1m and £10m.

Kingston Estates launched its first investment fund in 2009, which produced
