Kingston Estates Ltd. is a privately owned property development and investment company based in central London. We have a long track record of developing high quality residential, office and industrial schemes, principally in central and south-west London, Surrey and Sussex. Developments are carried out both independently and in joint venture with a range of partners, and typically have a gross development value of between £1m and £10m.

On 18 August 2011 Kingston (City) Estates Ltd completed the purchase of 21 New Street EC2, a 60,000 sq ft (NIA) office building near Liverpool Street Station in the City of London.
